The client needed a refreshed restaurant brand, a more consistent online presence and a practical marketing approach suited to her budget and day-to-day needs. Through local competitor and audience research, I identified opportunities to improve how customers discovered the restaurant, accessed its menu and made bookings.
I delivered a complete brand refresh, including logo design, updated brand assets and guidelines, professional photography and a full Wix website redesign. I redesigned the entire menu in Canva and prepared the artwork for the print provider, creating a consistent identity across the website, social media, printed materials and customer touch-points. I also supplied 150 images and pieces of video footage for use across the restaurant’s social media channels.
To support ongoing promotion, I developed a tailored marketing and events strategy and proposed a six-month content calendar aligned with the client’s budget. I assessed opportunities to improve visibility through Google Search, encourage Google reviews and develop the restaurant’s presence on additional social media platforms. I identified Facebook and traditional telephone calls as the strongest booking routes for the client’s audience and recommended QR codes to make the menu easier for customers to access.
I also identified an opportunity to increase footfall by shifting the restaurant’s focus away from lunchtime service towards evening dining. I advised removing lunchtime opening hours and promoting evening meals more actively. This change proved successful and prompted strong engagement and responses from existing customers.
